Giles White
Giles was appointed a Lay Vicar (singing bass) at Chichester Cathedral in 1995 and studied with baritone Michael Pearce. In January 2006 he was appointed Bass Lay Clerk at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, where he has already sung at some notable royal and state occasions including the Queen's 80th birthday celebrations and the wedding of Peter Phillips. He is a soloist on the Naxos recording of the music of Sir William Harris and has toured twice to the USA with the choir.
Giles enjoys working with young singers and teaches at the Junior Royal Academy of Music in London, the University of Chichester and Charterhouse School.
