This term we have been thinking about how we can reduce what we use:

• We have made posters to encourage the re-use of plastic bags. Keep an eye out for them displayed around Fernhurst.
• Also signs to go around our light switches at home to remind the Beavers to turn them off.
• We have decorated our own flower canvas bags [kindly donated by Steve the Greengrocer] which were given as very colourful Mothers' Day gifts.

We have also been busy eating pancakes, learning about Canine Partners-with a visit from Ivan a very obedient Labrador.

We've had some exuberant egg rolling and finished the term with a productive litter pick at the recreation ground.
